With two decades of experience, Adecco Serbia specializes in recruitment and employment services within the IT industry. We cater to highly experienced IT professionals and companies, collaborating with both global and local markets. Adecco also offers employment services, acting as the formal employer for IT professionals engaged by foreign clients without a legal entity in Serbia. Adecco recruitment process

At Adecco, our structured search and selection process ensures the identification of top-tier candidates tailored to our client’s specific needs.

The search process involves leveraging Adecco’s extensive candidate database and professional network, advertising job openings on Adecco’s website, specialized job portals, and social media, as well as directly approaching high-potential candidates through headhunting.

During the pre-selection phase, we collect and review candidate applications and CVs, followed by initial telephone pre-selection interviews to identify the most suitable profiles.

The selection process includes conducting competency-based and behavioural interviews, performing reference checks on shortlisted candidates, and assessing candidates’ expertise through Adecco Xpert tests. We provide the client with a detailed written and verbal presentation of shortlisted candidates, coordinate all selection-related activities, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process. Additionally, we conduct psychological evaluations to ensure the best fit for the role. Regular progress reports and insights into the local labour market are also provided to support informed decision-making.
