House of Benefits

House of Benefits (HoB) is the first flexible benefits platform in Serbia and Montenegro. The basic concept of the platform is divided into three different sections:

1. Flexible benefits – a system that allows employees to independently choose their benefits packages in order to meet personal requirements and needs. This means a formal arrangement in which the employer allocates a certain credit/budget to the employees to spend on their benefits (with specially agreed terms with the Partner and preferential prices) from a predefined menu of options.

2. Fixed benefits – in which you can find all the information about the benefits provided by the employer, which are predefined at the company level, that is, they cannot be selected, canceled or changed. For example. sick leave without remittance, canteen, company car, parking space, etc.

3. Special offers – here you can find special discounts and promotions at Partners (suppliers) compared to standard prices. The system is defined in such a way that, mostly with all partners, Users buy at preferential prices (with reduced prices in the amount of 5-50%). Special discounts with the HoB membership card are also valid for purchases from one’s own funds, regardless of the budget allocated by the employer on the platform. Therefore, the complete pyramid of benefits is satisfied with this.
